Restyling of the Hospice Neonatale at Policlinico Gemelli in Rome
In hospice, where moments of high anxiety and pain are experienced, we made the environments more welcoming for the parents of young patients with Sign On illustrations inspired by nature. We also provided the MaBim cradle, which allows the infant to stay close to the mother, remain monitored and connected to therapies in total safety.
Setting up Sensory Classroom at the 3rd San Nicolo Politi Teaching Circle.
The multi-sensory classroom allows the crisis management of children and youth with cognitive disorders and helps them in learning. At the 3rd Circolo Didattico San Nicolò Politi in Adrano, we provided a first step of equipment to relax, stimulate and interest children with BES, DSA, cognitive and Autism disorders. The classroom also makes it possible to work on pupils’ awareness of themselves and their relationship with others.
Breastfeeding Point set up at the Nyon Children’s Hospital
Breastfeeding is the first gesture of health protection. Providing dedicated spaces therefore protects a fundamental right and recognizes the unique role of women as mothers. The MimmaMà Point lactation points we make are fireproof, self-supporting, equipped with the specific MimmaMà chair and customizable in shape, size and graphics. For the Nyon Children’s Hospital, we included a photo of a baby and the name of the newborns.
Accessibility for All at the Grassina Urban Park (FI)
Our goal is to facilitate everyone’s daily activities. The NiDondolo carousel provided at the Grassina urban park is one of the most distinctive examples of our work. It allows people of all ages, with and without disabilities, to play together without discrimination. Our designs for accessible parks provide sensory paths and multifunctional seating that facilitate people’s access, enjoyment and orientation in space.
Fornitura Culla MaBim al Groupe Hospitalier de la Haute-Saône
The MaBim cradle-designed by Mitzi Bollani at the request of Italian and foreign hospitals-is one of our flagship products worldwide. MaBim is not only useful for facilitating co-sleeping, but also for helping wheelchair-bound mothers who can thus handle their newborn safely and comfortably. Groupe Hospitalier de la Haute-Saône chose MaBim to help initiate the mother-child relationship.
Nursery Project for the Porta di Roma Shopping Center
In the intervention at the Porta di Roma shopping center, we wanted to make the small spaces of the nursery areas emotional and equip them with high-performance products tailored to mothers and children. We provided the center with the specific MimmaMà nursing chair and PuSiCo changing table basin and revolutionized the spaces by applying Sign On wall decorations featuring playful illustrations to walls and ceilings.
