Since 2008, Leura s.r.l. has been creating Family Friendly products and services, offering people well-being, emotional connection, and practical support for everyday life. Honesty, clarity, innovation, social and environmental responsibility are its core values—born from a strong and recognized cultural identity in which Leura s.r.l. has always identified itself. This identity, born from the creativity and commitment of its founder – Mitzi Bollani – has grown over nearly fifteen years of traditions, experience, and behavior, becoming one of the company’s fundamental resources.
Today, with the growth of its business, Leura s.r.l. operates in rapidly evolving and diverse contexts. Given the complexity of this landscape, it is important that Leura s.r.l. firmly reiterates its culture by clearly defining the set of values the company stands for.


Scope and Recipients
To ensure its objectives are achieved and to safeguard its reputation and the interests of all stakeholders, Leura s.r.l. has adopted this Code of Ethics, which serves as a tool of transparency and integrity in the company’s daily operations.
All actions, transactions, relationships, and any activity related to the design, creation, and marketing of products, as well as company management, must adhere to the rules of conduct and general principles set out below.
All individuals involved in the activity of Leura s.r.l., in any capacity and operating in its interest, are considered recipients of this Code and are therefore required to comply with its principles and values.
To ensure full understanding and accessibility of the Code, Leura s.r.l. makes its public relations office available to provide clarification and any necessary information.

Leura s.r.l. has registered the trademark “Designed for You&All” to highlight the performance quality of its products, which combine functionality, accessibility, health, safety, and a high emotional aesthetic value.
Leura s.r.l. authorizes the use of the “Designed for You&All” trademark to companies, institutions, and professionals who meet the required standards in their work.


Management
Leura s.r.l.’s objective is the development and implementation of a management system for all internal and external processes aimed at improving productivity, quality, and workplace safety.


Health and Safety at Work

Any confidential information resulting from research, projects, negotiations, agreements, proposals, or events that could create risk or harm to the company shall be treated as strictly confidential and protected accordingly.
Products, research, and studies by Leura s.r.l. are subject to industrial secrecy and will be handled as such in all internal and external communications.

Guidelines:
– in the case of contracts, feasibility studies, or new product development, confidentiality must be strictly observed in both external and internal communications involving unauthorized personnel
– any breach of confidentiality by internal or external collaborators or stakeholders will compromise the trust relationship with the company and may be reported to supervisory authorities for further assessment of the incident.
